Primo A. Primavera, age 69, passed away on Monday, February 2, 2026, at OSU Wexner Medical Center. A graduate of Thomas Worthington High School, he attended The Ohio State University and enlisted in the U.S. Army. He proudly served as a helicopter pilot and retired after 20 years of service with the Ohio National Guard. Primo was a successful home inspector and independent contractor, owning multiple businesses throughout his career. He is preceded in death by parents Vincent R. Primavera and Norda (Taylor) Primavera, father-in-law Clarence Gay, and brother-in-law Jim Gay. Survived by his beloved wife Michelle (Gay), children Katelyn and Nick, cousin Nick (Vicki) Primavera, mother-in-law Marge Gay, sister-in-law Debbie (Bruce) Williams and their sons Chris and Tyler (Leslie). Primo was most proud of spending time with his family, his wife of nearly 40 years, two children, and his many beloved four-legged pals. He spent most of his free time cooking favorite family recipes, attending Blue Jackets games, and tinkering with all things mechanical and woodworking. He loved using his skillset when volunteering with the Woodworkers of Central Ohio (WOCO) especially with the Termites group. Primo considered himself semi-retired but was available to anyone in need. Always the entertainer, he brought light to so many with his antics and advice. Though sadly missed, his memory will live on in his family and friends that were lucky enough to know him.
